Linguæ Christi is dedicated to spreading the Gospel among speakers of European indigenous minority languages through their heart languages. Linguæ Christi is based in Caernarfon, Wales where it has long operated as the Celtic Languages Team. Now their work has expanded to included not only the Celtic languages, such as Welsh and Irish Gaelic, but the many other indigenous minority language groups of Europe, such as Catalan in Spain, Romansh in Switzerland, Sorbian in Germany, and many others. These groups number in the hundreds and represent over 65 million people from Portugal in the west to Siberia in the east.

Mission:
Linguæ Christi's mission is to see the birth, growth and ongoing reproduction of indigenous, multiplying, self-sustaining New Testament communities - churches! - among these minority language groups, many of which have few ambassadors of the Gospel, especially in their heart languages. |

As we strive to introduce Europeans to a God far greater than they can imagine, we also want to provide resources for organisations with similar aims while championing causes of those who often slip through the cracks."
