​GSM missionaries with a track record of more than 25 years of ministry across the border of Texas have developed multiple tracks of ministry. A school for the blind, teaching ESL, medical services, church planting, children’s ministries and other ministries have been used by the Lord to bring up a new generation of national leaders who are expanding God’s Kingdom.

NICARAGUA​

​Tesoros de Dios is a Christ-centered school that serves special-needs children. Through hard work you will experience the joy of serving. This ministry is in need of interns and long-term volunteers with expertise in special education, administrative work, marketing, and media. You can serve with a team of indigenous GSM partners who are working to advance the Gospel within extremely poor villages and modern communities. There is need for a youth pastor, worship leader, children's assistant, and there are many short-term team opportunities.

PERU​

​GSM missionaries are host to a variety of projects and support work for existing locals-led ministries including the care of victimized children, construction projects within the jungle, feeding the homeless, church planting and development, evangelism in home visits, VBS, women’s ministry, discipleship, and community outreach. There are also opportunities to serve with some extreme outreach ministries that travel into the native territories of the Ashaninka tribe and other indigenous people groups.

GUATEMALA

​Community development ministry and GSM partner, Hands and Feet, has been used by God in Guatemala to create ministry culture that is a dynamic learning ground for those serious about seeing the multiplication of disciples that make disciples. There is opportunity to serve alongside churches in large cities and small coastal communities in areas of evangelism, VBS, visiting schools, discipleship, and home visits, as well as among the indigenous people in the mountains. Year-round interns and short-term teams are needed to do construction work and youth outreach.
